1. No Refunds After Publishing
- Once a guest post is published, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Please ensure your content follows our submission guidelines before placing an order.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
- If the post is not published within the agreed timeframe due to an issue on our end.
- If we are unable to publish the guest post due to technical issues or website downtime.
- If the selected website is permanently removed from our guest posting network before publication.
3. Revisions & Post Rejections
- If your post is rejected due to content violations, you may be asked to revise and resubmit it.
- If you choose not to revise the post, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered at our discretion.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you have made a duplicate or accidental payment, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue a full refund if applicable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your account from future services.
- Any chargeback claims will be disputed with proof of service delivery.
6. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
